We offer horse boarding, owner accommodation in Sintra for your leisure horses, retired horses or amateur sport horses. The horses live together, in stabilized and functional spaces, allowing them great mobility throughout the day.

Your horse will be able to live in a group in the comfort of being outdoors while having areas adapted for its well-being. Being able to walk all day and exploit its social instinct to be in full physical and mental health.

The active stable is a concept that allows horses to live better on a daily basis. There is a real reduction in health problems related to the respiratory systems, a reduction or stabilization of the development of chronic locomotor pathologies, prevention of digestive and behavioral pathologies. There is an improvement in physical and mental health with a decrease in aggressiveness. Horses are calmer and no longer have stereotypies such as "tics". It is a lifestyle that allows relevant physical and mental stimulation with an improvement in proprioception and the well-being of the horse.

You will be able to benefit from infrastructures to work your horses, they will be able to be outside with other horses and also take advantage of the facilities for their comfort depending on the weather and their desires.

A nutritionist will advise you and precise quality monitoring of your horse's nutrition will be put in place upon arrival: (Intacol pellets, barley and minerals, quality hay, alfalfa, access to paddocks, etc.)

You will also have a parking space available for your VAN.

The stable is easily accessible for all types of transport (Van, Horse Truck ...) and allows easy maneuvers. It is located near a highway exit and is located 10 minutes from the city center of Sintra, 15 minutes from Cascais and 30 minutes from Lisbon center.

Important:

  • We cannot accept integers for the safety of the group.
  • Horses should not be shod on the hind legs.
  • Upon arrival, horses must be up to date with their deworming and vaccinations.
